 The SaveAVet Foundation really helped me when I needed it. As a service-connected veteran, I initially thought that the VA would provide for able to provide for my medical needs. It was only later, during a dental emergency, that I was inelgible for dental care from the VA.
The SaveAVet Foundation really came through for me on this. The president of SaveAVet (Christine Posedel) went out of her way to find me expedient and high-quality dental care. Despite the SaveAVet Foundation not having a dental division at the time, Christine Posedel was able to arrange for my dental care and, in so doing, fulfill my needs as a veteran.
